Layout
The house is detached on three sides and offers a living space of about 90 m².
On the ground floor, the entrance leads into the hallway and the spacious eat-in kitchen with ceiling beams in rustic style. From the kitchen, there direct access to the partially covered terrace of approx. 8 m² offering wonderful views of the evergreen hills. A bathroom with shower is also located on this level.
Due to the hillside location, the main entrance leads from an alley to the upper floor, which can also be reached by an internal staircase. The property is located on the border of the hamlet of Casa Carli. There are some public parking spaces directly below the road, but you may also be able to park on the neighboring property.
Surrounded by olive groves, Casa Carli belongs to the municipality of Prelà, located about 10 km away from Imperia and the sea and its beaches. The coastal town of Imperia boasts the best climate in Italy!
Prelà is less than a 15-minute walk away and offers a small grocery store, post office, and pharmacy, as well as several restaurants for dining.
Dolcedo, the main town of the Prino-valley, with its old alleys, ancient bridges, shops and restaurants, is just 3 km away.
Nice and Montecarlo can be reached by car in about 1 hour, Genoa and Nice airports are about 110 km away.
